Today was my first day back in the gym in about two months. I took some time out for health reasons. I missed it, and I could definitely tell the changes my body went through without that healthy outlet. But I'm back baby!
The most important thing I did to get back at it, I talked to my coach. I set goals, and told her what I needed to follow through. It's that simple guys, find someone knowledgeable and trust worthy who will hold you to a high standard. Nothing's going to change unti you want it. I want it. This is my
last big push, my final goal. Today I started with interval walk/runs, box jumps ,burpees, and squats. Did I hop right back in to where I left off, of course not! But I woke up and made a promise to myself and my coach. You can do it. Get it done, do this for you and no one else. You owe it to yourself.
