We all want to be better, healthier, and stronger. We may have a gym, or workout buddy, routine that we love. But then life happens. We get busy, and side tracked and our days best intentions to workout has been forgotten. I'm going to let you guys in on a little something. It only takes 10 minutes. It will get your blood going and definitely counts as a workout.
I call it the 5-4-3
5 sit ups
3 push ups
Now you're saying that sounds way to easy. Here's the catch, do it for 10 minutes as many reps as possible. One cycle of 5-4-3 counts as a rep.
No excuses 10 minutes, and you can do this anywhere without equipment. So get moving!!
