Kombucha, Kombucha, Kombucha! If you say that in your inner cheerleader voice it just sounds amazing!
I digress. So unless you live under a rock you've heard of this miracle drink. This probiotic powerhouse, this makes my tummy all better, taste a little strange, but some how amazing, drink. So what is Kombucha, and why should you care? It's a brewed fermented probiotic powerhouse. Wait what's that you say? I can pop some pills or eat some yogurt and get the same goodness. Well you're wrong, stinky pants, banana head wrong. Again I digress... While yogurt has about 10-30 grams of probiotics per serving, Kombucha has at least 10,000 per 12 ounce serving. Yes you read that right 10,000! And now the point of all this excitement. Your health starts with your stomach.
