Hey! You're here. Which means you're curious about the spark behind the glitter. My name is Denise Jolly. I'm a Texas native, but have had the joy of traveling the world on the army's dime. I along with my husband, two sons, and way to many fur babies now call Columbia, SC home.
Jesus spoke to my heart at an early age, but it wasn't till I stumbled into a chapel in Vicenza, Italy at the age of 28 did I truly begin the foundation and discipleship that set me ablaze with the love of Jesus and understanding what it truly means to partner with him.
My hope and prayer is to do that for others. To empower other daughters of Jesus. To encourage those to rise up and know they have a place in the kingdom. A voice to disciple, and most importantly the magnitude of love that God has for you.

Our History

The Glitter from Ashes was something in the making long before I had faith in myself. I've always had a passion for cooking, crafting, and music, God saw fit not too long ago to add writing to my gifting. The passion didn't bloom until I added my love for Christ and a willingness to listen to that still quiet voice. This is my outreach to those Mommies, wives, and daughters of the King who need a little more light, who need some hope to shine in the corners of their day.
